Oops I did it again. So I had to go pick up my paycheck and it was a loooong drive so I scoped out a new "retirement" village thrift store to check out. FYI if you like old lady stuff...retirement villages have exceptional quality merchandise! To my demise...it was closed, but just around the corner I saw a Goodwill that was calling my and my sons name (he has turned into quite the thrifter). Here is a sneak peak at what I found...
Remember these? It's a projector. I wanted to be a teacher just to use one of these. They had two, I only took one home because who in their right mind would buy one? I bought it for future house/painting projects like you may have seen on DIY. Shelley, you can borrow it!
I've been collecting needlepoint for quite some time. This was too cute to pass up and my son wanted it for his "train room". I couldn't say no.
Polaroid LOVE!
This is a genuine peacock feather belt. Hard to tell, but it's super cool, so of course, too small for me.
oodles and oodles of 80s sweaters and lots of vintage polyester fabric. Not sure why, but I LOVE vintage polyester fabric. I think its the prints. Also, picked up this cool 80s Casio keyboard. Only the cool people had the big ones. I did not, I had to small lap size that my kids play with now.
Much Love, Amy
You read my mind!!!!! As soon as I saw the projector my jaw dropped... soooooo jealous and will definitely be stealing, I mean, borrowing that. I also LOVE that he wanted the train needlepoint. That's my boy!
ReplyDeleteI love the peacock belt buckle, and the needlepoint, great finds! Lucky you, I rarely have good luck at Good Will stores ... you scored!

I love me some goodwill. There is a big flohmarkt (Germany flea market) here this weekend, and I can't wait to see what all I will find. Hope I have as much luck as you did! Too cute.
